Apollo Kids Clothing is committed to delivering quality baby, toddler, and kids’ clothing to our customers in a timely manner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are shipped using standard shipping methods. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after the order has been shipped. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Occasionally, Apollo Kids Clothing may offer promotional free shipping on selected products or during special events.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment depending on carrier systems. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the provided tracking number.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Apollo Kids Clothing is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
